Pulled the bigfukoff chrome guards off the seat is ebay bound as are the HEAVY duty 6" risers and pullbacks. tiewrapped and blocked up a nice old HD pan saddle and fitted a set of 16" apes - starting to look a bit more right, next up I got a 16" Akront rim to match the rear one then I'll put a pair of 5.00x16 Avon SM's on

yeah, Ive got a set of 18" rear and 19" front wheels sitting, was thinking of putting aset of dirt tyres on for a bit of a change. All the same my other Triumph hardtail runs 130/90x16 front and rear and handles just fine

I'm going for an 18" rear wheel with a 4.00-18 tyre, things should line up ok then. I prefer one wheel to be directly in line with the other, makes for better handling

yeah this one is offset a wee bit, you can get some clearance using anAvon SM tyre, they are a bit noarrower, thats whats going on this one, the big Avon that is on there just now is about an inch wider but still marked as a 5.00x16.

Steve, looks good fella. Just a thought...do your front and rear wheels run in line with the 500-16 set up? I had that arrangement on my T140v chop and the rear had to be offset to the right by 3/4" to prevent the chain from scuffing the tyre. The only cure is a narrower rim.
