I meant there are very few real English Pubs in the western US. "Irish" is the closest you can get in places

Crowboy, I should have checked, I didn't realize you were from the Mother Country. Here is a link to a review of Irish Pubs in Vegas, I know, it's the best they can do, there aren't any real pubs. Anyway, Hennesseys (#4) on Fremont is a cool place, live 'Irish' music and some drunk college girls. Oh they probably aren't still there. My wife went in to piss and I had to go in 30 minutes later to find her drinking and dancing begging to stay.... oh well....

You'll notice one girls says this is the 'sketchy' end of Fremont, just keep going, it's also the real end...

Vegas - stay away from the Strip, for the most part. Losts of posers not much fun. Stay near Fremont. Hog and Heffers is in Fremont, never been in. Lots of outside partying at the Fremont Experience and if you go south, across Las Vegas Blvd, there are some real bars - The Griffin and the Beauty Parlor. Other than that, I dont know where the locals go.... If you 'enoy' strip clubs, the Palomino in N North Las Vegas is the only place left that can have totally nude AND serve alcohol.... You , know, just a thought....

If you accidentally go to the Hard Rock Hotel down near the strip, there is a bike on display next to the Shop, can you get a picture of it for me? But really, don't go there. You'll see why when you go anyway.
