YES WE CAN !!!!

but our bikes are outlaw ... in fact : in France it's totaly ILLEGAL to change anything on a bike, for the moment cops usually closed their eyes ....
the only way to be sur not have problem with cops is to have old title (more than 30 yearsold)

but we have somes bikes we built at shop running legal : Brand is not Harley but "Dub Performance" (no rigid frame)
