- Yeah Jake I didnt have any 1inch tubing so I used some 1inch solid stock. Turned down the ends to fit inside of original tubing. The cross bracing you see on the plunger section is temporary to hold the 2 sections parallel whilst I weld them back on. I hope this works for you....
