xs650 exhaust valve and engine stud needed urgently, please help

i just took head of my trusted little xs650 chop to do the stem seals , found the exhaust valve is bent and one of the studs that hold all the top end on is ready to snap , anyone got a replacement i can buy.rob or borrow indefinetly or even info on someone who does would be greatly recived , im in the uk but willing to pay postage on stuff from away , please help im buggered with out my chop , chees for any help , alucard
