Need help on narrow glide sport frontend

Guys I have a narrow glide frontend I bought off of CL it has air fitting. I was told it came off a 99 narrow glide sport. It is in really good shape EXCEPT it won't hold air. I was told these came on sportsters also but my manual says nothing about these. Can it be used as is and how hard is it to replace those air seals. Thanks, RalphSee More
