Back in June,on the 4th,I got hit with an OUI. It was just like any other day,except for two things.One, it was raining like a mother fucker,and two,the stripers were running.For anyone that don't know what a Striper is it's a fish,a sea bass,but here it's called a striper or as locals call em' ,STRIPAH',and they're a great fight and damn good eating!

I was reading a bike mag the other day when I came across an article about a green 79' "Flyrite" Shovelhead from Canada. The bike had been built from scratch,buying pieces from here and there and making others.I was reading this when I came to a section where he mentions that it Is a rumor that all green bikes are bad luck and sometimes called "widow makers".I remembered hearing this as a kid somewhere,I think it was an old war story, but had forgotten over time not ever having a green bike… Continue

Booty said… - Been way to long since I have been on here.Yes, its true I did bail on the CX, and it has been a hectic summer to try to get another project started ( no excuses, I know ). I am in search now for a 70's Honda CB750 to work on. The CX is in good hands and looks awesome. I will try to post some pics of the work we did to it, i am proud to have been part of the project. Thanks to Painter for riding the hell out of his Triumph, which has caused extreme jealousy, and has forced me to try again !
