Cut the gastank, the new and improved

The more I look at the 5 gallon gastank the more I start to dislike the wide backend of the tank.Got out my grinder and started cutting. After a few hudred spotwelds I like the result. Much better…Continue

Matt M. said… - By now I haven`t found one, but I`m always looking for. There are some nice frames to buy in Europe and lots in the US, but the problem is the TUV. You have to do a single quality-check on those frames, the TÜV will take something near 1.000,-EUR for that. That`s too much for me at the moment, soI look for every opportunity to avoid that.

- Hey Ortwin, is the frame complete new done, or is it the original one with changed front and rigid rear? I like the small tank, but I think I couldn`t change it myself to fit on the original frame( I have to work "front yard" and can`t change the frame because of german laws without a huge amount of money)!
