Early 90's Ural/Smokeout...

So, I am stalled in the middle of my build. I am looking to finish as soon as possible; preferably before May so I can show up to Rockingham for the 10th Smokeout. I have yet to go to one, last year's being my first since coming to NC, except I was deployed to Satan's Sandbox again. I will not miss this year.
