"I switched out my petcock and now when I its running I twist the throttle and it boggs down. When I let off the throttle it will come back to idle. I'm getting good fuel and spark. So needless to say now even more lost than I was. Ideas?"

Tight as hell has seemed to work for me so far. If you look on Egay there is a guy selling cdrom versions of the book, but other than that they're out of print.

Dumptruck I haven't gotten you any pics yet, so I thought I would try and explain. I took the clutch cable off of the slave( I guess that's what it's called) inside the sprocket cover. With the cover on the bench, I just kinda played with the slave to figure out how much travel it would take to operate the clutch. After I figured that out I cut an opening in the bottom of the cover, big enough for the slave to go back and forth, and welded an extension to the slave so it would protrude from the bottom of the cover. I figured out a pedal setup off of the frame and connected the pedal and slave with a hyme joint. It was really that simple. It was something I had thought about at work that day, trying to figure out a way to do it without the cable, and it just worked. I will try and get some pics to you as soon as I can. I hope that helps you out some. Good luck man. Also if you get it all togethere and it doesn't disengage the clutch try dropping a small ball bearing into the whole of the slave. A lil something that worked for me. Later

I can do that for ya man. It may take a few days though, I got it all tore apart right now. You will have to do some trimming on your cover just to let you know. Later man.
