Wrench or Ride?

I'm in a rebuild phase with my bike, so I dont have much choice but to wrench at this time, but I've been enjoying working on my bike so much lately. Now I'm not saying I enjoy working on my bike more than I enjoy riding it, but wrenching is a big part of owning a bike. What aspects of wrenching do you enjoy more than riding? Post it here.
