Triumph valve timing

Does anyone out there have a reversed head valve timing diagram that a simple fella like me can follow.I could just about follow Norman Hydes instructions for my spitfire profile cams.

No mate never did get any further with the reverse head thing,but i think if i had a sober moment i could probably figure it out.I think it is basically the same as normal,just got to get me head round the degree disc and the cam positions.Nice…

Unless yoru doing it for a show bike, I'd rethink it....I've heard many over heating problems with the reversed heads! Just a thought..
