Pauly...Nice to run into this blog. I got bit by the XS650 snake a couple of riding seasons ago & kind of got obsessed with 'em. I'm on build #3 right now since I can't seem to keep anything stock. People ask,"Why do you have 5 bikes? It's 'cause I don't have 6 (yet).

Hey guys, I need a kicker for an 81 Heritage Special. I need a gear shifter lever too, but that's pretty generic.....

Lemme know if you have something laying around. Check the door stops and paper weights too.

Hi Guys need a full top and bottom end gasket set for an xs500 1975 0r 76 can source a headgasket but nothing else any suggestions i got my Bike in the shop and it aint getting fixed till i get hold of a gasket set???

Just bought another xs500 - full resto job done on it - gona ride that till i get bored "cafe racer style" then rip the engine out and put it in the bobber frame for the summer - can also use the same plate if i get my other engine going as theres no frame or engine numbers on the bobber - so no worries about exhaust noise at the test centre - its gona be the shit
