Uncle Bunt frames - Is mine one ?

Hi all, firstly, great site !!.

I'm Mark and I live on the Isle of Man. 

I have what can best be described as a collection of parts !!, one of which is a "soft-tail" frame and I would like to know if it is an "Uncle Bunt" frame ?.

The frame has the words  "uncle bunts" and, " made in england" stamped on the front of the head-stock, and, (if you are sitting on the frame), on the right hand side of the head-stock it has "UB 8......." with about 4 other digits which I can't quite read !.

Does anyone know if this is an "uncle bunt" frame ?.

Any information would be very much appreciated.
