You'll have to make something, or find a shock that is smaller eye to eye to will bolt on....Roach.
A hacksaw and some square stock should fix you up. If your shock is on a stud on the bottom, some drilled flat stock with a bolt, equal distance on both sides will drop the assend. H.D.
Thanks man, where can i find sum square stock?
What about heating the bottom part of the spring? Wuld that work?
Scrap yard.
Im looking for some for a kz305, I made my own a few months ago with some bars of aluminum stock, Id like to buy one made for a sportster but Im not sure if it will fit or not. I guess I could buy it and sleeve it if it didnt fit but that seems like alot of trouble. Im guessing the 305 shares the same shocks as the 440. Let me know if you figure anything out
