Choppertown Nation - Online Community for Backyard Builders

Custom motorcycles, hot rods, skate, art, music, movies, whatever...

I love to see what people are doing in their own back yard to me that is the real deal. I came up around bikes and cars being built in the back yard and know it's more than just the bike or car it's the time you have with your bros during the build that really counts. How about them one off parts got anything that you'd like to share, I'm all ways searching for some cool one off stuff you can't find in a catalog.

I'll get it started all these were built in my back yard except the 32 I found this one near completion but with much work needed and still needed. Some of our parts we offer as well you can't find in any catalog. (grips and pegs have removable end caps) which make it nice to adjust once they are on.
Cheers.....Ellis

I built this brown ricer from 1979 cb750. Frame is a Black Widow weld on. Weld on installed by BWC. After build and with little thought about the welding I rode it to Baja and back on the 08 EDR. The frame has held up well. Knock on wood ..

Here's my 1973 FLH,which i bought at 2002.It was bought from Germany by Finnish company which sells mostly imported bikes from Germany. It looked like a fatboy clone, pretty clean bike but boring as hell.
I build it once but i didnt like the second version after all,it still looked like a stock bike with very strange looking exhaust. And i had some problems with cylinderheads,so i tear it to parts again, bought new STD heads and turn it as a bobber.I got it done few weeks ago.I left the powdercoating and painting to the pro's,one friend of mine helped me with the wiring, but everything else is done by me.More pics in my project album.
