I can't figure out what this part number is???? anyone help

I have a front end. The number stamped on it is 56120-60. I thought it was a harley front end and the -60 part would mean that it is a 1960 right? I can't find this number anywhere. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate the help. I have attached a photo of the front end along with this.

Thanks,
Jackshit
