Hi and thanks for having me.

Grub from New Zealand.

Greetings all,

I've been building and riding my own bikes since I was 15 years old, that was 32 years ago...wow am I getting old. Being an old bastard I'm new to the forum thing. I'm here to get and give knowledge and try to help keep this thing of ours alive for another generation (at least). I hate O.C.C. type theme bikes and chromed out factory abortions, I strongly dislike baggers, I like choppers and am head over heels in love with bobbers (always have been). Of all the bikes on the road, I think the homemade builds have the most soul...they turn my head every time!!!

Thanks for having me,

Big John

Just saw this-
My friends call me Sprocket, I'm an automotive airbrush artist and pinstriper in the North Texas area. I've always had the ability to paint and draw but really began (re) developing skills in 2004. Been the owner/artist of Sprocket's Kustom Paint since 2007. I have some killer hats and artwork for sale at painfully low prices so hit me up if you're interested.

Hey Shane, welcome to Choppertown. I'm real interested in your Bonneville experience. I been tryin' to get it together to get out there with a bike in 2012. Slim to none money situation and I ain't much of a wrench, but I'll be there with or w/o somethin' to run down the course, that's fer sure. I'd be interested in hearin' about your records and what you were ridin'. I've wanted to go race there since I was a little kid, I finally got there 4 years ago, but it was in July before the course was groomed and nobody was there. But I ran about 2 miles down the course in my then wifes Malibu. It was one of the coolest things I've ever done on wheels! I can't wait to go back!

Whack.

Yep missed rule number 1 sorry Mouse from Aus thanks for the site.

Apologies, I posted prior to reading this.

My name is Mark and I live on the Isle of Man.  I am trying to build my first bobber/chopper and am looking for help !!.

Great looking site which I have a feeling I will be returning to time and time again as the build progresses !!.

Look forward to chatting with you all.

Mark.

My name is Anthony Spradlin. My ol man had a pan head chop that all i remember was him riding and mom hating it. I remember the day it left the trailerpark in the back of someones truck. Layoffs in the Carter days of the 70s made p0p sale it. Metal flake purple with a coffin gas tank, long twisted forks, two square headlights and a big fn' king and queen seat and sissy bar. I was hooked. Now its my turn! Thx for the invite.

Hey guys I'm Eric.... I'm a tattooist out of Maryland, that fell in love with anything with 2 wheels.. Well shit and exhaust fumes lol..... Thanks for having me
