This is my second bike build, a classic looking Cafe' Racer. It started life as a basket case 1976 Kawasaki kz400 s. All work, aside from paint was done by me. I used an old tank off of a Cb 450 black bomber, welded in blanks and smoothed the badge holes. I used front fork gaiters off of a Triumph to give it that old British look. The seat pod is made from an old Xs650 tank, and sheet metal. I made my own clip-on's, taillight/licence plate assembly, shortened rear fender, and rear frame loop to support the rear. Dropped the bike an 1", ditched the stock 2-1 exhaust for a 2-2 system running shorty megaphones for a nice loud tone. All in all the build took me 4 monthes on, and off. With a total build cost of only around 350 bucks.

Here's my Triumph TR5 1955. Built from more or less a basket case by me, with some help from good friends about 10 years ago. The bike is my daily ride (during spring/summer/autumn - it's cold in Sweden...). It's kind of a hybrid: cafe/scrambler - club man bars and rear sets, Dunlop K70 tires and high exhaust from a TR6. Not fast, no brakes and leaking oil. But this bike has been quite reliable over the years. I like it very much.

The FREEDOM bike! I was never in the military so this is my way of showing my heartfelt thanks for my freedom. So many kids never made it back from war and so many are disabled and not able to ride, So every time I hop on this bike I will ride for them. I love the freedom I have to build whatever I want and choose, And ride where and when I want. I do understand Freedom. This bike is a 72 Norton Commando Roadster in Combat trim, Only made for a year because the compression and cam was more than she could take. But before they blew up they were very fast. I started this bike about a year ago and am almost finished with her now, Total rebuild. There is not one nut or bolt on this thing that has not been touched. Carry on gentlemen, As you were.
