OK here is my Caesar Racer IV, its based upon a 1999 Harley FXD - the first Twin Cam that Harley introduced.  I bought the bike new and used it as my daily commute for many years, and did bits and pieces to it before this complete customisation in 2010.

  • Heavily modified frame.
  • New 23' wheels with Avon Rubber
  • New tank, tail piece and fenders - clips ons.
  • Engine bored out to 95" with race cams etc and a Mikuni Carb
  • New stainless 2" exhausts
  • most other bits from the Harley catalogue - pegs, controls, fairings.

Bike handles really well and put about 5000 miles on it since the conversion.

Hello,

Afternoon.

This is my little 1989 honda cd250u. Kind of bobberish but everyone on the street calls it a cafe so it's here. (I never really give it a label apart from 'affordable')

I did all the work myself apart from the seat upholstery, although I made the pan.

The tank is bare metal with a real gold leaf stripe down the back, gilded on my Max of Corpses from Hell fame. Laquered by Death Spray Custom as a favour for some work I did.

The battery and solednoid is held in the ammo bag on the side.

The wiring loom was completely rebuilt with internal wires on the LHS of the bars and new ignition switches relocated out of the way.

The pipes are wrapped to cover holes in the headers from rust. shhhhh

Lots and lots of little details, too many to mention but in short it's light, clean, cheap, quick and fun. And it gets ridden almost daily (not always on roads like this!)

More shots HERE and HERE

Hope you like it. All the best.
